Bill Payment

If we have your email address, you may receive and pay your bill online.

Quail Ridge Community Public Water System offers convenient e-billing through established payment services provider Quickbooks-Online.   You decide when to open your email.   You decide when you care to pay it (hopefully on or before the due date!)   You decide which of your accounts, checking, savings, or credit card, from which payment is made.   No auto-pay (automatic-debit from your bank account) is currently available.   You may choose to pay by e-bill, check or money order through regular mail to our Adel, Georgia payment address, or pay in person at the Havana Branch of Capital City Bank to a Teller during regular banking hours, after completing a Deposit Slip with the account name:  Sugar Plum Properties Associates.

Payment Drop-off Location

You may pay your bill in person only at Havana's Capital City Bank Group branch office in Downtown Havana, Florida during regular banking hours, including Saturday mornings at this writing.    In order to remit your payment in person, please present a Capital City Bank teller with a deposit slip you have made out to Sugar Plum Properties Associates.   Your teller may then assist you in completing the Deposit Slip with the correct account number.    

Payment Through Financial Institution Online Bill Pay

Many financial institutions such as major banks offer their customers the ability to pay their bills via an online bill payment service (through your bank's website). Normally, these services debit the customer's checking or savings account to pay the bill. Depending on the financial institution, they may or may not charge a fee for the service. Payments may take up to seven business days to post to the customer's account. Please consult with your bank for more information.
